Cooperation between Nova Academy and the Swiss Post
From spring 2025, the Nova Academy will be taking over the leadership course (SVF) for new Swiss Post managers, using an innovative blended learning approach. The course, which is being developed jointly in co-creation, offers participants a practice-oriented qualification and the opportunity to obtain the recognized SVF leadership certificate.
Around 300 Swiss Post managers will take part in this program each year. Employees from other companies are also warmly invited to join – their participation is expressly encouraged and contributes to the diversity and exchange in the program.
